For the first showroom of well-known italian furniture brand Depadova, we collaborated with Studio Patricia Urquiola. A custom made white metal mesh covered mezzanine floor was built to the 8m ceiling height space covering the upper part like a ‘cloud’  and allowing extra 120sqm to be used as the contract space.

Here the logo of the brand was printed on the outside part the mesh, making the showroom visible from the street level. A meeting room and a manager office space was arranged in the upper floor as well. An open and transparent entrance floor was designed with movable separation panels that allowed the change of space configuration according to each season’s furniture. In this way the showroom of a total area of 480sqm has been very flexible to use each time new furniture arrived.
